The towball coupling hitch screw thread was never adjustable immediately from purchase . He was very easy to talk to, no pressure saling, he let his product talk for itself, and answered any question I threw at him.
Not only did he address and fix the problem but had it done in three days, which involved building a new compressor box with ramp. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.. Fully recommended 8×5 single axle, with everything you need . I have only had the trailer for a few days and it drove well coming home.
