Bayswater North Child Care Centres

Bayswater North Child Care Centres

My son Remi goes to Play and the team are so kind and attentive. As a first time mum it can be quite daunting, but the staff are so helpful and nothing is ever a hassle. The daily updates are so in depth and the food selections are amazing! We know that ensuring your child eats all their vegetables at dinner time is not always easy after a busy day. That’s why our onsite cook prepares healthy, nutritious lunches and morning and afternoon teas. Substitutes such as Olivani, coconut oil, olive oil, fresh fruit & honey are used instead.
All of our childcare centres throughout the city feature the same excellent facilities and programs. This guarantees that every child enrolled at Goodstart receives the same high standard of care and education. Community kindergartens bayswater Kids Bayswater has been a wonderful daycare centre for our 3 year old.

Children are competent and capable learners and when they believe in themselves, their potential is limitless. Special mention and thanks to educator Archana who made us very comfortable and supportive with all information on orientation days and initial weeks of my LO starting at the center. Lots of educational and fun activities planned for them (books, painting, music, arts & crafts, physical play), very accommodating of dietary/allergy needs, great communication with the parents. Could not be happier with Nido Bayswater. So clean, the food is amazing and my child LOVES it there! Never a staff shortage, always plenty of supervision and care.Special thanks to Rachael, Grace, Jess and Anna. Alongside our purpose-built facilities, we provide fresh, nutritious meals every day, prepared by our talented on-site cook, who caters to all dietary requirements. When speaking with families, I always acknowledge that home is a child’s first teacher. At the same time, I help them understand the added benefits of a dedicated early learning environment. Our curriculum is play-based, intentionally designed, and led by trained educators who know how to observe, extend, and scaffold each child’s learning. Our early learning centre also offer invaluable opportunities for children to develop social skills, learning how to share, cooperate, and navigate friendships in a safe and supported space.
The Centre employs 12 welcoming and experienced educators to provide childcare for up to 38 children ages 0-6. Our excellent retention of qualified staff provides children with the relational stability needed to build trust and confidence outside of the home environment. Our focus is on making children feel safe, and supporting the development of their self-efficacy and self-belief.

Those children in the Nursery room follow their individual home routine. As they progress to the Toddler’s room, we begin to blend this with a more general routine that follows regular mealtimes and sleep patterns. Kindergarten children have the most structured routine, which encourages self-service and independent feeding. Every day, safety is at the heart of everything we do, with vigilant supervision, ongoing training and thoughtfully designed spaces. At Nido we provide premium resources, facilities, learning and opportunities, every day. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Our nursery room is purposely designed to make every baby feel safe exploring and discovering new things. Our spaces are filled with sensory experiences and activities to encourage intentional and responsive play-based  learning. We focus on building secure relationships between children and educators, closely following  home routines, and supporting each child in meeting their developmental milestones. As Centre Manager, I’m passionate about creating a warm, high-quality environment where children can thrive. I believe in honouring each child’s individuality and building strong connections with families and educators alike. I lead with empathy and collaboration, supporting my team to reflect on their practice and continuously grow.

On arrival, share information about your child’s specific needs for the day.
