As your child prepares to head home, childcare narre warren this is your opportunity to speak with our friendly educators about your child’s day and everything they learnt. Your child will be welcomed by our team of educators, who will ensure the morning transition from home to centre goes as smoothly as possible. On arrival, share information about your child’s specific needs for the day. We encourage your child to ask questions, experiment, and problem-solve, all while engaging their natural curiosity.

We focus on literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, resilience, self-regulation, and independence. Within the curriculum framework, play enables your toddler to develop fundamental skills for life-long learning. Our activities enhance language skills and promote collaborative group play, laying a strong foundation for their future learning experiences. 0-1 yearsTo nurture your infant’s growing mind and body, our qualified educators create healthy, caring relationships with you and your child. Our rooms are filled with toys and equipment for early, play-based fun and learning to support your infant’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. They also include separate cot rooms where your baby can safely sleep according to their routine in their own cot.
Early learning has always been my key area of interest, as these formative years lay the foundation for children’s future learning and development. Building strong relationships with families is just as important, and I always ensure we are available to greet them in the morning and afternoon, keep communication open, and provide ongoing support. By working together, we can create a welcoming and nurturing space where children feel happy, confident, and ready to learn. I am deeply passionate about supporting young children’s learning through play-based experiences that foster curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. I value building strong partnerships with children, families and colleagues, and I strive to create inclusive environments where every child feels respected, supported and valued. Attending an early childhood education and care setting offers children a wide range of rich learning experiences that extend beyond what is possible at home.
While we understand that this can be inconvenient, Community Kids is committed to maintaining a healthy environment and reducing the risk of infection for all children. If you have an infant, we spend one-on-one time with them to establish a connection. We use songs, games, and conversations to strengthen relationships and build language skills. Exploring different cultures and cuisines has broadened my perspective and inspired me to embed cultural diversity and global awareness into my teaching practice. Seeing children grow, learn and achieve their goals each day is what brings me the greatest joy in my role.

Our large vegetable garden and two expansive sandpits are enjoyed by all rooms. Indoors, our purpose-built space encourages exploration and development with natural resources and abundant light. Most of our multicultural team has been with us for over five years, with one early childhood teacher serving for ten years. Our Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers who deliver a Government-approved Kindergarten program that prepares children for school. Children also enjoy extracurricular activities like music and yoga as part of their daily fee.
Our teaching staff members have many years of experience in caring for infants, toddlers, and pre-school children. They adopt the hands-on approach and personalize the learning program that meets the exact needs of your child. Guided by our trained staff, your child will develop a sense of security, coordination, self-control, and self-confidence right from the first day of our service. Narre Warren North Primary School recognises the importance of ensuring our new students feel safe, nurtured and excited about starting school. This will help your child establish a personal connection and begin to settle in to their new school environment. Most of our child care and early education centres offer nappies and wipes, sunscreen and hats, as well as nutritious meals prepared by our in-house cook.

Availability can vary depending on your child’s age and preferred start date. Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places. Our Outside School Hours Care program operates every school day of the year and is located in our Multi-purpose room.
