The name is fitting for Andrew Black because he makes some really beautiful black & grey tattoos. While that is his specialty, Andrew has been known to create some one of a kind color tattoos as well. They do consults so you know what to expect and how much it will be. With that said, there's a few good quality shops in the area....Pheonix, Blue Flame, Warlocks. But the best shop hands down is Vanness and Fellows downtown. Mark is a top notch artist AND a hell of a nice guy. His other artists are great too, and I'd not hesitate to recommend them.
